Space Oddity (The Nathan Adler Mix) - Vox Version Single
A Remix of David Bowie's 'Space Oddity'

- Due to a few inquiries, I've enabled this remix I did a year back to be once again available for download in varied formats, if you wish. It's only available at this Bandcamp thingy. The remix was meant to reflect an after-hours, inner-city backdrop, with some seedy, corrupt detective work thrown in for good measure. You know, a dimly lit, amber-colored world; garbage blowing in the wind to no place in particular; needles in the alley; drunk laughter miles away; distant car horns. I wanted to twist Bowie's original concept in on itself and paste it onto a later concept of his. The world is a poetically cruel place, and it sounds best if you're locked in the trunk of a car, hence the lo-fi, late '60's bass loop. Enjoy.
